After submission you will get a password which
will allow you to access the system. Hence if you want to publish your work in IEEExplore, you may upload the file of your full paper, and modify the information associated with this paper.
Important:
- By submitting an extended abstract or full paper you undertake that if it is accepted, one of the authors will attend the congress, register, pay the fee and present the paper.
- For publication in the IEEE XPlore Digital Library publications, the revised full final paper should be submitted 15 days after presentation at the conference, and copyright granted to IEEE. The Advisory Committee will then select the ELIGIBLE papers: scientific content will be screened, and the similarity index (SI), provided by IEEE CrossCheck (Plagiarism tool), must fulfill any of these two conditions:
1) The SI is smaller than 40 %,
2) The SI is between 40% and 70%, but with a similarity smaller than 30% with any source by one of the authors, and smaller than 20% with any other source.
